About Attorney Liberti
VINCENT LIBERTI is an author, professional keynote speaker, law professor, and estate and elder law attorney whose practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning, elder law, business succession planning, probate administration and fiduciary representation, and real estate transactions, including IRC §1031 tax-deferred exchanges. He represents individuals (including lawyers for trust analysis), couples, fiduciaries, and family business owners.

Vincent earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Economics from Union College, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England University School of Law. Vincent presently is licensed to practice law in the jurisdictions of New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut. He employs a down-to-earth approach with his legal representation that extends almost thirty years. Throughout his career, Vincent has been interviewed for television, radio, and in print on matters dealing with estate planning and same-sex marriage, pet trusts, reverse mortgages and the elderly, and various other creative estate planning issues.

An Adjunct Professor of Law at Western New England University School of Law’s LL.M. degree program, Vincent teaches lawyers across the country in the post J.D. degree program on Estate Planning and Elder Law. He is married with an adult daughter and resides in Connecticut.
